Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Vidsue App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vidsue App for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Accounts

Intellectual Property

The Vidsue App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through Vidsue App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Vidsue App for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You may not use the service to transmit harmful code or interfere with the operation of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of Vidsue App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vidsue App, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
